Delete your Kingdom 316 account

How to delete your account in the Kingdom 316 app (made by Kingdom 316 LLC), and what happens to your information when you do.

Delete your account in the app

Log in to Kingdom 316, then:

  1. Tap Profile, then the menu button (☰) at the top to open Settings and privacy.
  2. Tap Account.
  3. Under Deactivation and deletion, tap Delete account.
  4. On Delete your account?, tap Delete account again to confirm.

You can also tap Delete account at the bottom of Settings and privacy — it opens the same step. Just need a break? Deactivate account, in the same place, hides your profile until you log back in, and nothing is deleted.

You have 30 days to change your mind

  • Your account is hidden right away, and you’re logged out on every device.
  • If you log back in within 30 days, the deletion is cancelled and your account is back as it was.
  • After 30 days, your account is permanently erased. This can’t be undone.

What’s erased after 30 days

  • Your profile: name, username, photo, bio, city, verse, link and pronouns.
  • Your login details: email, phone number, password, two-factor authentication, and Apple or Google sign-in.
  • Your birthday and your settings.
  • Your posts and prayer requests, comments, stories, testimonies, prayer updates and live chat comments, with your photos, videos and voice notes.
  • Your messages. In other people’s chats they show as unsent, and nothing you wrote is left — not even when someone quoted you in a reply.
  • Your memberships in groups, prayer circles, churches and page teams, and your event RSVPs, poll votes, prayer chain sign-ups and 3:16 moments.
  • Your likes, saves and “I prayed” taps, and your follows, friends and friend requests.
  • Your notifications, logged-in devices, support requests, church visit requests and data downloads, plus any early-access sign-up on this website with the same email.

What we keep

  • An empty placeholder called “Deleted account”, so other people’s conversations still make sense. It has no name, contact details, photo or content.
  • Reports you made or that others made about you, and our moderation decisions and appeals. We keep these as a legal and safety record.
  • If your account was reported for putting a child at risk, we keep it — hidden, and not usable — for up to a year after the last report, as evidence the law requires us to preserve. Then it is erased like any other.
  • Groups, prayer circles, prayer chains and church pages you started or helped run stay for the people in them — you’re just no longer part of them.

Download your data first

Want a copy? Before you delete, go to Settings and privacy > Account > Download your data. We email you a link to a file with your profile, posts, prayer requests, comments and messages, usually within 48 hours. The link works for 4 days. No email on your account? The file is ready in the app in a few minutes.

Once your account is erased, we can’t send you a copy.

Can’t log in?

Email us from the email address on your account (or tell us the phone number you signed up with), with “Delete my account” in the subject. Include your username if you know it. We’ll check that the account is yours and delete it.
