Terms of Service
Zuletzt aktualisiert: October 15, 2026 · Entwurf
Welcome to Kingdom 316. These Terms are an agreement between you and Kingdom 316 LLC [registration pending — state of formation to confirm] ("Kingdom 316", "we", "us"). They cover the Kingdom 316 apps, website (kingdom316.com), Church Studio and any related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Who can use Kingdom 316
• You must be at least 16 years old. If you're under the age required to consent to these Terms where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to them for you.
• You must be able to form a binding contract and not be barred from using the Service under any applicable law.
• You may not use the Service if we've previously disabled your account for breaking these Terms or our Community Guidelines, unless we've told you in writing that you may.
• Accounts for churches, ministries and organizations must be created by someone authorized to act for that organization.
2. Your account
• Give accurate information, keep it up to date, and use one personal account. Don't impersonate anyone or create accounts on behalf of others without permission.
• You're responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your login secure and tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed it.
• You can deactivate or delete your account at any time in Settings. Some information may remain for a limited time as described in our Privacy Policy (for example, to keep people safe, prevent abuse or meet legal obligations).
3. Our promise to you
We aim to provide a place to laugh, worship, pray and stay close to the people and churches you care about. We work to keep the Service safe, including through reporting tools, review by our team, automated systems and partnerships with crisis services. We don't sell your personal information. We may change, pause or stop features, and we'll try to give notice of significant changes.
4. Your content
• You own what you post. Your videos, photos, captions, comments, prayer requests, testimonies and messages remain yours.
• The permission you give us. To run the Service, you give Kingdom 316 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to host, store, copy, display, perform, translate, adapt (for example, resize or transcode) and distribute your content, only as needed to operate, improve, promote and protect the Service and in line with your privacy and audience settings. This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems, except where it was shared with others who haven't deleted it, or where we must keep it for legal or safety reasons.
• "Use this sound" and remixing. If you post a video with your original audio, other people can use that sound in their own posts, and your name will be credited. You can turn this off for any video when you post it ("Let others use this sound").
• Translations. We may offer automatic translations of posts, comments and messages so people can read each other across languages. Scripture is never machine-translated: we show existing published Bible translations only.
• You're responsible for your content. Only post content you have the right to share. Don't post anything that breaks the law, our Community Guidelines or someone else's rights.
5. Prayer requests, anonymous posts and sensitive topics
• Prayer requests can include personal and sensitive information (for example, about health, family or faith). Share only what you're comfortable sharing and choose your audience carefully.
• Anonymous posts hide your name, photo and handle from other users. Kingdom 316 staff can still see who posted, so we can keep people safe and act on reports. We may disclose it where required by law or to protect someone's life or safety.
• Kingdom 316 is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice, or for pastoral care. If you or someone else is in danger, contact local emergency services. We show crisis-line information where available.
6. Churches, ministries and Church Studio
These additional terms apply if you create or manage a church, ministry or creator page:
• You confirm you're authorized to represent the organization and that the information on the page is accurate. Verification badges are granted by Kingdom 316 and may be removed if we can't confirm details.
• Page admins choose team roles (for example, prayer team or media team) and are responsible for how their team uses the page and any information members share with it, including prayer requests sent privately to the prayer team.
• Live services may be saved as replays on your page for 90 days, unless you publish them (for example, as a sermon) or use a paid storage option. You're responsible for having the rights to everything you stream, including music.
• Kingdom 316 does not currently process donations or payments. Don't use the Service to collect money except through methods we expressly support in the future. [Giving: to be designed with churches and counsel.]
• The Founding 100 program and any other partner programs may have additional terms we'll share with you.
7. Live streams, video and music
• Don't stream or post content you don't have the rights to, including copyrighted music, films or broadcasts.
• Sounds in our Kingdom Library are licensed for use within Kingdom 316 only. Don't download or reuse them elsewhere unless the license allows it.
• We may limit, mute, pause or remove streams and posts that appear to break these Terms or the law, including when we receive a copyright complaint.
8. What you can't do
You agree not to:
• Break our Community Guidelines or the law, or help anyone else do so.
• Harass, threaten, exploit or endanger anyone — especially younger members — or share sexual content involving anyone under 18 (we report this to the authorities).
• Impersonate people, churches or ministries, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Run scams, including fake fundraisers, "seed-sowing" or prosperity schemes, or requests for money from strangers.
• Collect information about other people without their permission, including by scraping or automated means.
• Interfere with, overload, reverse-engineer or try to bypass the security of the Service.
• Buy, sell or transfer accounts, followers, likes, prayer counts or other engagement, or use bots to fake activity.
9. Intellectual property and copyright
• The Kingdom 316 name, crown logo, app design and software belong to Kingdom 316 or its licensors. You may not use them without permission, except as allowed by law.
• Copyright complaints. If you believe content on Kingdom 316 infringes your copyright, send a notice to [copyright@kingdom316.com] with the information required by law (for example, under the U.S. DMCA). We remove infringing content when appropriate and disable accounts of repeat infringers.
• Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
10. Third-party services and content
The Service may let you link other accounts (for example, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook or Spotify), show content from other services, or use Bible texts and media from third parties. Those services are governed by their own terms. We're not responsible for third-party services or content, and showing them doesn't mean we endorse them.
11. Content moderation, suspensions and appeals
• We may remove or restrict content, limit features or suspend or disable accounts that break these Terms, our Community Guidelines or the law, or that create risk or legal exposure for us or others.
• Where appropriate, we'll tell you what action we took and why, and how to appeal. You can see these decisions and appeal them in the app under Settings → Account status, usually within 30 days. A person on our team reviews every appeal.
• If we disable your account, these Terms continue to apply to past use. Sections that by their nature should survive (for example, ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability and disputes) will survive.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement. We don't control and aren't responsible for what users, churches or other organizations post, say or do, on or off the Service. Spiritual, health and other content posted by users reflects their own views.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kingdom 316 and its directors, employees and partners won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you; nothing in these Terms limits rights you have that can't be limited by law. [Counsel to review.]
14. Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against us related to your content, your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms, you agree to defend and hold us harmless, to the extent permitted by law. [Counsel to review; consumer-law limits apply in many countries.]
15. Disputes and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [the State of Georgia, USA], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. [Dispute resolution — courts vs. arbitration, class-action waiver, and venue — to be decided by counsel.] If you live in the EU, UK or another place whose consumer laws give you the right to bring claims in your local courts or under your local law, you keep that right.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we'll let you know in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after the change takes effect, you agree to the updated Terms. If you don't agree, you can delete your account.
17. General
If any part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a part right away, that doesn't mean we've given up our right to do so. You can't transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms (with the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines) are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
